New York Fashion Week February 10 - 17

The Fall fashion shows are definitely the most exciting for me and the ones I anticipate the most. Fall in general, is visually a beautiful season. But when it comes to fashion it's the idea of clever layering and Autumn hues that get me going....
 One great tool that designers are using more of is Live-Streams of their show. I think it is a great Idea and truly benefits everyone.

FLARE on my mind...

It's not often an aspiring designer who's finishing up their last semester of design school gets the opportunity to be a featured by a publication such as FLARE.  Also, being a subscriber to the magazine definitely puts the gravy on top and is somewhat of a full-circle moment for me.

Back in November I had the opportunity to meet a stunning woman by the name of Mosha Lundstrom Halbert. Mosha is an editor at FLARE who came to speak in my draping class. Being extremely inspired by her visit, I worked up some courage and approached her with my portfolio in hand.....
And here we are.
